Welcome to MaxRE ("we," "us," or "our"), an AI-native CRM platform for real estate professionals operated by Ice Water Labs, LLC. By accessing or using our website at maxre.ai, our platform at app.maxre.ai, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Platform Services
MaxRE provides an AI-powered CRM platform for real estate professionals, including contact management, communication tools, pipeline management, AI-powered insights, and scheduling features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account and to update it as needed.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from MaxRE, you agree to the following terms.
Consent
By enabling SMS notifications in your MaxRE account settings, or by requesting a demo and providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us. Your consent is not required as a condition of using the MaxRE platform.
Types of Messages
- Platform notifications: Lead assignment alerts, appointment reminders, and system notifications related to your CRM activity.
- Marketing messages: Product updates, feature announcements, and promotional information. Only sent with your separate opt-in consent.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your platform activity. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not affect other platform communications.

Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the MaxRE platform, including contacts, communications, and documents. We process your data solely to provide and improve the platform services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
6. AI Features
MaxRE uses artificial intelligence to analyze contacts, communications, and deals to provide insights and recommendations. AI-generated content is intended as a tool to assist your decision-making, not as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on AI recommendations at your own discretion.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) through the platform's communication features
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
- Use the platform to violate any person's privacy rights
- Resell or redistribute platform access without authorization
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the MaxRE platform (excluding your data) are the property of Ice Water Labs, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated insights may not always be accurate and should be independently verified.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ice Water Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ice Water Labs, LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington County, Utah.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
